Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy governs how orders are shipped, delivered, and handled by Bharat Agrolink (Agrolink Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd.). By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship only within India.
- Only Indian delivery addresses are accepted at checkout.
- Certain PIN codes may be non-serviceable due to courier limitations.
- Orders to non-serviceable locations will be cancelled and fully refunded.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight & dimensions
- Delivery location
- Courier availability
The shipping fee shown at checkout is final and non-refundable and must be paid at the time of order placement.
3. Transit & Delivery Timelines
a. Estimated Delivery Time
Typical delivery time for domestic orders is 3–7 business days.
However, delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Location (remote/rural areas may take longer)
- Courier partner serviceability
- Weather, strikes, or force majeure events
- High-demand seasons
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
b. Dispatch Time
- Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days (Mon–Sat).
- Peak seasons or bulk orders may require additional time.
c. Doorstep Delivery Limitations
In certain areas, courier partners may not provide doorstep delivery due to:
- Remote location
- Local restrictions
- Narrow roads / service limitations
In such cases, the customer may be required to collect the parcel from the nearest delivery hub.
d. Delivery Attempt Failure
A delivery attempt is marked failed when:
- Customer is unreachable / phone switched off
- Incorrect delivery address
- Customer refuses delivery
- No one available to receive the parcel
After 3 failed attempts, the order is returned to origin (RTO).
Re-delivery may require additional charges.
4. Tracking Notifications
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive:
- Tracking link via SMS and/or email
- Real-time updates directly from the courier partner
5. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If the parcel appears damaged or tampered:
- Reject the delivery and inform the courier immediately
- Take photos/videos as evidence
- Contact our support team within 24 hours
If the parcel was received in your absence, please share photos/videos within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Items Out of Stock
If an item becomes unavailable after order placement:
- You will be notified via SMS/email
- The unavailable item will be cancelled
- Refund will be issued for the cancelled item
- Remaining items (if applicable) will continue to ship
7. Shipping Partner Responsibility
We work with trusted courier companies.
However:
- Bharat Agrolink is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or operational issues caused by courier partners.
- Packaging quality and shipment safety are the Seller’s responsibility.
8. Order Cancellations
a. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
- Customers may initiate a return after delivery (as per Return Policy).
b. Company-Initiated Cancellation
Bharat Agrolink may cancel an order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Fraud/suspicious transactions
- Non-serviceable delivery area
- Incomplete address
Customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
