Order Confirmation Policy

Cancellation policy
- If a customer changes their mind and wants to cancel the order, then they have to contact our Customer Care executive. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by our respective department.
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if the product is not dispatched. Once the order is shipped, customer cannot cancel the order.
- If customer has placed an order through Online Payment and cancels the order, then we will process for a refund within 7-10 working days.

- 24-Hour Update Post-Delivery
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items or you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations please report the same to our Customer Service team. Please notify us of any issues with your product within 24 hours of delivery.
- Return Requests Within 48 Hours
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery.
- 7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
- Un-boxing Photos & Video Required
For all returns, we require Photos & un-boxing video showing the item upon receipt to process your request.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Fertilizers, seeds, and plants cannot be returned due to safety and quality concerns. If product is damaged or opened
- Exotic products are also non-returnable.
- Offers and Free Items
Items received as part of a promotion or offer must be returned if you are returning any other item from the order.
. In case you had purchased a product which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, maximum of Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.
- Customized Products
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
- Equipment and Tools Replacement
Equipment and tools may be replaced within 10 days if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Original Products Only
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original labels and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with. item not to be different or duplicate versions. Items that have been tempered with will not be accepted.
Customer Self-Ship Return
If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. In this email, we will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approval Process:
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Important Note on Cancellations
- Cancellation Charges:
If you cancel your order after making an online payment, please be aware that a 3% fee will be deducted for payment gateway charges, along with the courier charges for both forward and return shipping.
- In-Transit Orders: If you cancel an order that is already in transit (shipped), the same deductions will apply: a 3% fee for payment gateway charges and courier charges for both forward and return shipping.
