Returns & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is defective, expired, damaged, or not as described.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

The return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Note: The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (e.g., live plants, bio-products)
-
Opened fertilizer or pesticide bags/bottle
-
Custom-ordered agri-machinery
-
Items used or damaged after delivery
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product (in case of damage or defect).

Our team will verify your request and, if eligible, arrange a reverse pickup.

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video for Returns
To ensure transparency and help us process your return request efficiently, customers are required to record a 360° unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
This video must:

Clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, and the entire process of unboxing.

Be continuous and unedited.

Clearly capture any damage, defect, or incorrect product if applicable.
Note:- Return requests without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.
We recommend all customers to record a video as soon as they receive the delivery to avoid any disputes later.
Important: Returns without prior approval or incomplete details may be rejected.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.)

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account .
Refund Timelines

Inspection & approval: 3–5 business days after receiving the return.

Refund credit: Within 7 business days post-approval.
4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You may place a return request after delivery (subject to eligibility).

Bharat Agrolink may cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious transactions. You will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used seeds and fertilizers
-
Perishable goods (e.g., live plants, bio-inputs)
-
Customized products
-
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
