Returns & Refund Policy Effective Date
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is defective, expired, damaged, leaked, or incorrect.
- Product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags, labels, seals, and accessories intact.
- Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (live plants, bio-products, microbial inputs)
- Opened/used fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, or chemical bottles
- Custom-ordered or heavy agri-machinery
- Products damaged, tampered, or mishandled by the customer
- Items without original packaging
Important:
Products returned in used, opened, tampered, or mismatched condition will be rejected.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Once verified, our team will arrange reverse pickup if serviceable.
- Customer must pack the item securely to prevent transit damage.
Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video
A continuous, unedited 360° unboxing video is required. The video must show:
- The sealed package
- The shipping label
- Full unboxing process
- Visible proof of damage/defect/incorrect item (if applicable)
Return requests without a valid unboxing video will be rejected.
Returns without prior approval, incorrect information, or incomplete documentation may be rejected.

Note: High-risk COD users may be denied return requests.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes inspection.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
- COD Orders: Refund to customer’s bank account
Refund Timelines
- Inspection & approval: 3–5 business days
- Refund credit: Up to 7 business days after approval
Shipping fees and COD handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may be withheld or rejected if:
- Returned product is used, altered, damaged, or missing parts
- Packaging is tampered
- 360° unboxing video is invalid
- Wrong product is returned
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
- After dispatch, cancellations are not permitted.
- You may place a return request after delivery (subject to policy).
Bharat Agrolink may cancel orders due to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Invalid or incomplete address
Full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Strictly non-returnable:
- Opened/used seeds, fertilizers, pesticides
- Temperature-sensitive goods
- Custom, made-to-order machinery
- Any item damaged due to customer misuse
- Products without original packaging
8. Platform Liability Disclaimer
Bharat Agrolink, as a marketplace intermediary, is not responsible for:
- Product performance
- Crop results or crop loss
- Field damage due to product usage
- Incorrect usage or dosage
- Seller-provided product quality or authenticity
All product claims must be taken up with the manufacturer.
9. Fraud Prevention & Policy Misuse
Bharat Agrolink reserves the right to:
- Reject suspicious/fraudulent return claims
- Deny returns for repeated abuse
- Block accounts involved in fraud or misuse
Decision of Bharat Agrolink will be final and binding.
10. Policy Changes
This policy may be modified at any time. Updated policy applies immediately upon posting on the platform.
