SYNGENTA
Product Name:
TOUCHDOWN
Technical Name:
Glyphosate 41% SL (Soluble Liquid)
Description:
SYNGENTA TOUCHDOWN is a non-selective, systemic post-emergence herbicide containing Glyphosate 41% SL. It effectively controls a wide range of annual and perennial grasses, broadleaf weeds, and sedges by translocating throughout the plant to destroy the root system. TOUCHDOWN is ideal for use in orchards, plantations, non-crop areas, and pre-plant weed management, providing reliable and long-lasting weed control.
Technical Name:
Glyphosate 41% SL
Mode of Action:
Glyphosate is a systemic, non-selective herbicide that inhibits the EPSP synthase (5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase) enzyme, preventing the production of essential amino acids required for plant growth. The herbicide is absorbed through green leaves and translocated to the roots, resulting in complete weed death.

Broad-spectrum control of annual and perennial weeds.
Controls grasses, broadleaf weeds, and sedges.
Systemic action kills weeds from leaves to roots.
Excellent post-emergence weed control.
Reduces weed competition for nutrients, water, and sunlight.
