PYFENGOLD is a broad-spectrum insecticide formulated with Pyriproxyfen 10% and Bifenthrin 10% w/w EC. This dual-action formulation provides effective control of sucking insects and certain chewing pests by combining the long-lasting insect growth regulatory action of Pyriproxyfen with the quick knockdown and residual activity of Bifenthrin. It helps reduce pest populations, protects crops from damage, and improves crop quality and yield.
Pyriproxyfen: An Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) that mimics juvenile hormone, disrupting insect development and preventing eggs and immature stages from developing into adults.
Bifenthrin: A synthetic pyrethroid insecticide that acts on the insect nervous system by disrupting sodium channel function, causing paralysis and death.
The combination provides quick knockdown, residual protection, and long-term pest management.
